What Can Fantasy Teach a Company?

I am pleased to announce the publication on Academia.edu of the first research paper exploring the application of the T3 Method – The Team Tale through an organizational behavior perspective within a Swiss Romand organization.

Based on the first T3 experience conducted at a Swiss SME, the paper explores how an immersive fictional environment can reveal meaningful insights into leadership, teamwork and human behavior.

T3 is not designed to replace existing assessment tools or provide a single interpretation of people. Its purpose is to generate new behavioral observations that can be explored through different analytical perspectives.

I invite researchers, academics and practitioners interested in organizational behavior, experiential learning and innovative research methods to read the paper, share their perspectives and contribute to the ongoing development of this framework.

Fantasy is not an escape from reality.
