Over the past few months, we had the pleasure of conducting a T3 experience within Bonvin Nettoyages SA, a long-established company based in Valais, active in the field of professional cleaning and widely recognized for the quality of its services as well as the close relationships it maintains with both its employees and its clients.

What is the T3-Method?
For those discovering the T3-Method, it is neither a traditional training nor a simple team-building exercise. T3 is an experiential analysis method that places participants in concrete collaborative situations in order to observe, measure, and understand the real dynamics of a group:

Definition of the T3 Focus
The T3 Focus defined with the company was clear: to better understand the mechanisms influencing team functioning, identify strengths and potential areas of friction, and highlight the levers that can further improve collaboration and collective performance.
Immersive Session Process
In practical terms, employees took part in an immersive session during which they had to face situations requiring communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and coordination. Throughout the experience, a significant amount of quantitative data was collected in order to map the group’s observable dynamics.

Delivery of the Final Report
Today, this first phase culminates in the delivery of the final report. The document spans nearly fifty pages of analysis, charts, interpreted data, and—most importantly—practical, directly actionable recommendations.
First Reactions from the Company
During the first discussion around the report, the management of Bonvin Nettoyages SA expressed positive surprise, both regarding the level of analytical detail and the precision with which certain team dynamics could be identified.
The Value of T3 Data
One particularly interesting aspect of T3 lies in the richness of the data produced. Beyond the interpretations included in the report, the raw dataset itself represents a valuable informational asset that can be further explored and analyzed in the future.
Operational Digestion Phase
Given the density of the report, a phase of digestion is now necessary. This will be followed by the operational decision-making stage, where insights will be translated into concrete actions.
The Purpose of the T3-Method
Every organization contains invisible dynamics that influence its performance. T3 does not prescribe solutions; it makes real dynamics visible, enabling more conscious, precise, and effective decision-making.
